How WORK and WORD were born
Karen Sailer is the owner of both of my signature works,
“Good King” and “Soul Queen”.
Sacred appointment:
For three years, Karen Sailer knew that in France she would meet a woman with whom her path would continue.
At our first meeting, she spread the images of her soul out before me.
I listened with my heart and my eyes and said: “I know all these places. I drive past them every day.”
In that moment, our shared journey began.
The Good King – Death in the Midst of Life

For an entire summer, during my art retreat in France, we followed these memories – and found Karen’s truth and my own, expressed through my art.
My task was to recognise the larger whole within Karen’s personal destiny, to connect her images and memories, and to carry them forward through my art.
What crowns your life?
With her Good King, this question entered our art retreat.
Karen brought her great dream with her: to reach many women through her Wild Heart programme and take them on their own soul journey.
From our work together, My Magical Journey was born – and later, LOVE Gate grew from it.
A million-euro online business and an international film project.
Seven years later, Karen stood before 8,500 women at the Olympiahalle in Munich.
The dream she had brought with her to the Kunst-Bahnhof back then had found expression.
Six months earlier, she had commissioned her Soul Queen from me – and on the very day of her appearance, the next sign from her soul appeared on the canvas: the Poet’s Daffodil Sword.
She understood immediately what it was about.
This is how WORK and WORD were born.
Karen immediately recognised her next calling in this image and followed it.
We receive, we recognise, and I give visible expression to what wants to emerge from the soul – and the work begins to take effect right in the midst of life.
Big. Challenging. Brimming with life.
There is no age for this decision. No right moment. No sensible reason.
There is only this moment when you know:
There is an ocean within me.

What my clients experience through my art.
The image of my Soul Queen is so powerful that even I, as the Queen of Storytelling, feel a certain reverence when trying to describe it in words.
It shows me from a side that is very tender and brings my innermost self to the surface. And at the same time, the image is incredibly powerful. Perhaps this is expressed most clearly in the sword that draws golden circles into the ground and blossoms into a lily at the top.
That this image came into being in this way is the result of a nine-month process, carried by the close and intense exchange with the artist Annette Blandinières. For me, this exchange was the most beautiful and valuable part of our shared project.
Annette accompanied me through a time that was formative for my personal, professional and spiritual development. Every symbol, every detail in this image carries a deeper meaning that is woven into a very personal story for me.
